Many years ago, the founders of Satisfaction First set out to do a small business and they needed support in marketing to get clients.

Unfortunately, all they found were companies set up to take advantage of small businesses and lock them into long-term contracts that had very little upside.

Years later, Satisfaction First was made in response to this attitude present in the large-scale established marketing companies.

We believe small businesses are the real backbone of the economy and deserve recognition – so we made this company just for you.
